So I have recently been introduced to this new site by my friend Kim, obviously it is called My Life is Average. Random people just write everyday things that happen to them that they think are funny. I think my life is pretty average too.
Why am I even on the computer right now writing this new post? Well that is a good question. I have consumed the caloric intake of a 500 lb obese man today. I decide it would be a good idea to hit the gym up. Being that I just went to the gym I think to myself that I should probably not eat something fatty when I get home. For some reason I steam broccoli...I know...now I feel so sick and our house stinks and this is the only room that I can be in that won't make me want to vomit. So here I sit. And something sad just happened to me. I went to get into the shower and decided to see what damage I have done today and got on the scale. Well I stepped on it weird and it make a crack noise!!! What do you think when your scale makes a crack noise? This should be something to laugh at but no I am on my period so it made me feel bad. Then I was in the shower and laughed that I felt bad about that! Poor Adam has to deal with this....
Speaking of the gym. There is this little Mexican man about 5'4 named Manny. He talked to Adam and I once and I never thought anything of it. The next time I am there without Adam he seeks me out and asks if that guy is my friend, boyfriend, husband....CREEP! HUSBAND Manny, that guy I was with is my husband, now stop talking to me! So he continues to try to talk to me every time I am there. Why do we have the same gym schedule? And why has Adam suddenly gone anti gym on me? Ug...Now I pretend not to see him or hear him pretending my ipod is really up that loud. I should be more creeped out by him but we are about the same height and weight so I know I could take him.
Tuesday in one of my classes I am just sitting there wishing the time would pass sooner, not paying attention. This kid behind me raises his hand and says "hey I'm 8 years old and I still suck on my mothers tit!" What! Did he just say that?? Oh gosh...needless to say we were talking about Freud and his psychosexual stages theory.
In this same class there is this funny looking but very polite girl sitting in the front. There are probably 40 people in this class. The teacher is lecturing and someone in the back sneezes, this girl turns and says "bless you" to him. Weird. Then it happens two more times! She keeps saying bless you in the middle of class. Our teacher snapped finally and said "OK no more!" At least she is polite. Then I think to myself who are all of these weird psych majors I am surrounded by on a daily basis?
In this same class I have gotten my first D+ on a test in college.....oops...And yes, this same class is where Kim introduced me to this website. Go figure.
Last semester in my health psych class I was sitting by this girl who was typing vigorously. I knew she couldn't have been taking notes so being nosy I start reading what she was writing on her laptop. I was in for a shock. She was writing some love drama/soap opera that was kinky, crazy and actually kind of sad. I would try to sit by her every class. I am such a bad person but it was so funny I couldn't help it. My group wasn't there for an assignment once so I asked her if I could be in her group so I could see what she was like aside from her writing. I am a bad person but that was so intriguing. And no she never got to the end. I wonder who ended up with the baby?
The Salt Lake Wal-Mart is the scariest place ever! I think a guy tried to sell me drugs once but I didn't understand what he was saying since I don't know all of the drug users lingo. I won't go there alone, I will go with Adam but only if he carries his concealed, and even then I am jumpy. The last time literally the last time I was at Wal-Mart alone a bird almost flew into me in the parking lot which is more traumatic to me than a normal person since I am scared of birds. Then in line this crazy lady butts me! What? Really? I was just too afraid of her to say anything. Good thing Adam wasn't there he would have gotten us in a fight or even killed. This place is crazy.
I can't tell this whole story but the gist of it is that Adam got in a fight with the Blockbuster guy because they double charged us $4! I laughed so hard when Adam was telling me this story. He held up the line for five minutes and they were yelling at each other over $4...
Adam has a math tutor from the university. So he texts his tutor about their meeting time and he gets this text back the next day: "Yes, we can meet at 3. I was in bed asleep last night when you texted me. You should never text me after 9 and defiantly not after 1o. We laughed at that for a few days. At least his tutor is good at math.

Rollins-Graff Time= Always a Good Time
On Presidents Day (BOO president Obama) we went to lunch at Chili's--we finally decided after much indecisiveness on our part; ate at the smallest table ever, where they double charged us after looking at our bank account the next day.... To our next stop: the Aquarium in Sandy! So here is our picture....Oh yeah and please notice that every time we hang out Stu is wearing BYU attire or something dark blue and Adam puts on every Utah item he owns. Love it.
Valentines Day 2010
Stealing this idea from Facebook:
Adam and I met in May 2008 in a singles ward at the Dixie State 4th ward. That was my ward, Adam was home for the summer, once he met me that was his new ward too. :) He convinced me to ditch my plan of Utah State and to move to Provo, the only place in Utah I never wanted to end up. But at the end of the summer his charm had done me in and I was his official "Provo girl". (I hated it when he would call me that). We dated for a year and we were married on May 1, 2009. We now live in Salt Lake and love married life.
Valentines 2010--our cute little candle light dinner
Valenties 2009--notice that my nails are done....you can give me that ring anytime now Adam...anytime now would be great! Luckily for me (or should I say him) a week later we were engaged.

Sunbeam Time
We do have friends and we do hang out with them!
Meighan and Jared and their combination pizza. We got this game for Christmas--Love Tawni--called "Dirty Minds" It is SO funny! This is us waiting for the pizza to cook playing this game.
Dan and Amanda with their pizza. Dan is holding the dessert the guys made, it was impressive!
Playing "Match Mate" This game was so funny! Such a couples game...
"The Battle Station"
Sweet tarts, Doritos, Empty bag of bread, can of Country Time Lemonade, half a bottled water with a missing lid...welcome to our computer room or as Adam would call this "His battle station". I went to bed pretty early the other night and Adam was up doing homework until who knows how late I wake up the next day to this! Yikes. I didn't even know we had that much junk in our kitchen let a lone our computer room. I just had to take a picture of this. This is just such an "Adam thing" to do. I love him! He is taking 21 credits! Who does that?! But I am so happy that he is trying to finish school so fast so I won't complain.

Goodbye 2009!
A few things that have happened in 2009:
1. February 21, 2009 Adam and I got engaged
2. May 1, 2009 we were married in the Bountiful Temple
3. We went on an amazing Caribbean cruise for our honeymoon
4. After we came home we both started summer school at the University of Utah
5. Still at the U...no one has gotten kicked out yet! Sorry Adam had to throw that in there! haha
6. We have replaced both of our cars this year. Adam's truck was totalled in an accident--sad. And we sold the Focus, I know about time!
7. We are now Sunbeam teachers in our ward! We teach the 3 and 4 year olds. We love it. They are so much fun and that is birthcontrol in and of itself.
8. We won the gingerbread house making competition against Stu and Sommer Rollins AKA team Rollins
9. The U has requested that we join the honor society, that has never happened to either of us when we were single. I guess being married really does make you a better student.
10. We are experiencing all of the "firsts" of being married. For example this year was out first Thanksgiving married, Christmas and New Years. We still have a few more to go in 2010.

Christmas time in SLC!
Salt Lake is so awesome! We really love it here. I wish we could stay here forever, well maybe not, but we love it! So my dear friend Breanna told me about some awesome places to go to look at lights in Salt Lake:
Christmas Street was so cute. It was just a little cul-de-sac with all of the houses decorated with lights and decorations. They even had their own Christmas tree in the middle of the street.
This was our favorite house on Christmas Street
Bible Street: This was our favorite! This neighborhood told of Christ's birth with pictures and scriptures from the Bible. There were over 30 of these signs. Everyone driving through the neighborhood turned their lights off to drive through looking at the pictures and reading the scriptures. Here are a few pictures that actually turned out on my camera:

Gingerbread Making at its Best!
Team Graff
My dear husband Adam loves to talk--trash that is--I will explain. So Sommer and I were texting about hanging out over the Christmas break and trying to come up with some things that we could do. Adam tells to to tell Sommer that we could making gingerbread houses and how our gingerbread house would be so much cooler than theirs bla bla bla. So the competition was on. Not to mention that we have had this planned for over 3 weeks because of finals and busy holiday activities. Last night we finally had the competition! Long awaited and anticipated. We even set the timer on the microwave and everything. Adam and Stu were out of control! Talking trash on each other saying things like "Stu I wish you could get control of your wife", "We have been married longer than you two, maybe one day you will understand." Then Stu started eating some of our house Adam was outraged. We always have so much fun with Stu and Sommer! We planned on just showing up at one of our neighbors to have them judge it, but was anyone home? Saturday night--No. So we sent picture messages to my cute little brother Taylor, did he text us or call us back? No. His response was "On a date" over text. Still haven't heard from him!!! So there is still no winner so far. But I would say ours is pretty sweet. :)

Thanksgiving 2009
Last Thanksgiving Adam was on a cruise without me--sad! I missed him so much. But this year was much better because we were together! We had Thanksgiving in St. George with Adam's huge family. It was a lot of fun. The girls were killer in the kitchen and Adam and his brothers did a great job at watching TV I guess? haha. Actually they helped a lot with putting up Christmas lights. The next morning Ashley, Kim (my sister-in-laws) and I did some black Friday shopping, we are a success story. Then a few hours later all of the girls went to the Dixie Center for more shopping. It was so much fun. When we got home I crashed. And my sleep is still thrown off...
Happy Birthday Dan Richey!

"Traditions, Traditions" (Fiddler on the Roof) haha
Adam and I have tried to make many traditions. TRIED--one Adam came up with was mac n' cheese on Halloween, that only made it one year. BUT one that may stick (as long as we are in Utah) is that we love to drive American Fork Canyon on conference weekend. It was so beautiful this year! And Adam's outfit is so hot!! haha
Spending Some Time With the Coombs Family!
I don't care that all of my blog posts are out of order, bla bla bla. I have other things I need to worry about--maybe my homework? Na. Anyways, we have had a lot of family time with my family since we now live so close. I LOVE IT!! We went to my cousin Cole's football game, ShayLyn's soccer game, Taylor's Mr. Northridge pagent, out to eat with the fam quite a few times, and of course some cabin time!! Woo
