Texas Part 1
It started off with Austin (Adam's little brother) and I rockin' the mini. Not really but this is where we will start. Austin says "I'm thinking about getting a minivan, I think I would get a ton of chicks at BYU because it lets them know I'm family oriented!" Who says/even thinks that?! Austin. I gave him better advice NOT to get the mini.

Todd Packer from The Office

Adam and I went to Wiseguys last night to see Todd Packer aka David Koechner! I had what I call a "perma-smile". I can't even explain how funny it was! It was seriously so funny. I've been quoting lines from it all day long!
Adam and I LOVE comedy! When we weren't even dating, well kinda dating, hanging out, starting to date, he was into me in a big way, you know that stage we were in. Well he came over to my house and we watched comedy for hours, we were sitting on the couch laughing so hard. Suddenly my laptop froze from all the downloads. Still frozen five minutes later. Perfect opportunity Adam goes in for it--for the first time! haha we laugh that our first kiss was when we were watching comedy and my computer froze, so comedy reminds me of kissin Adam! I love him!
Bee's Game Mess:
Happy 24th!
So I feel like you can say whatever you want on your blog so here I'm going to say it: I LOVE other peoples/friends babies, cousins, my nieces, love them! But here is the catch--not that we are in a hurry to have babies but the idea of having our own baby scares the hel* out of me! So for now we wait. We are on a "5 year plan". I know I am not a normal girl...Especially in Utah.
Funny story real quick. At the fireworks I mentioned something about our apartment to my niece Ali (she's 5). She says to me "your living in your apartment until your real house is built huh? Just like Katelyn" I say "well that is our real house, we're not building one yet" She says "Oh that's weird" haha I love her. She says the funniest things every time I see her.

I received the kindest compliment from the treadmill yesterday. It said "User not detected on belt" why thank you treadmill I did lose a pound. THEN I received the weirdest comment of my life. I am on the treadmill trying to get it figured out and this older guy walks in and stands by my treadmill staring at me. I take out an ear bud and say "Yes?" and he says "Oh sorry, I just confused you with the girl that works at the Wendy's drive thru across the street!!!" Oh my gosh! "Nope not her" put the ear bud back in and try not to think too much about that comment ever again....Ever....

Memorial Day
Just to start this post off I would like to say that I was dressed before Adam. He copied me. And yes, walking up the trail everyone we passed made a comment about the U or us matching....On with Memorial Day...Adam and I hiked Adam's Canyon, it was so so fun! I haven't hiked Adam's canyon since high school, and in high school I swear I hiked it 15 times! So it was a good little walk down memory lane. My favorite part of the hike, story time: We were on our way back down and this family was coming up the trail. They were at a part where you either scale this boulder or walk in the little stream. Well this mom was trying to get all 4 of her kids across this rock and her husband was in the back ground picking his nose waiting for them to get across. We were waiting as well. Well the mom got scared and started yelling at Adam to help her! So Adam steps on a rock in the stream and it falls so his foot is soaking and this lady is all freaked out that her kids will fall into 2'' of water! I am just standing on the other side laughing like is this really happening? Adam was so mad. At this same time the kids make it across fine and continue hiking. Adam was all mad that his foot is wet and that this lady just yelled at him. He says "the worst part is she didn't say thank you and she was wearing a BYU hat" hahaha. I always think these stories are funny but after I write them I'm not so sure. Maybe you just had to be there. Why do weird things always happen to us?
Back to Blogging!
Lets first start with apologies: I am sorry to all of my friends that have left messages, texts ect and I have not returned them. I have been MIA for about 3 weeks. Why? Well I just got a new job working 8 hours a day (not used to that), my online classes have been time suckers, and that is about the gist of it. Good news is that I am starting to like my new job! AND our apartment is starting to smell like 'Scentsy' instead of smoke and dog pee. I don't have anything else to say for this post.

FMSC

OK, lets talk friends. Adam and I just got back from a "meeting" with some friends. We want to bring FMSC to Utah--Provo area in September. Feed My Starving Children is a Christian non-denominational charity. Which I think is awesome! We need to raise $19,000; we already have $4,000. FMSC has never been to Utah before and we think that it would be such a success in here. Our friend Isaac has volunteered with this program back east and he absolutely loved it and contacted the agency to bring it to Utah for the first time. Often we find ourselves wanting to give service but we don't know where or how to go about it. This is a great opportunity, I am very excited about it and I'm sure you would love it too! Please see the website: http://www.fmsc.org/. If any of you would like to donate and/or volunteer your time, and yes, children are welcome and encouraged to come; please let me know!

How is Adam Liking His Internship?
Graduation! YEAH!!!
One of the reasons, (and probably my only reason along with our cute sunbeams) why Adam and I are so sad to move from our old ward--Alycia and Trevor! We love them! We would sit together almost every Sunday at church, they are so cute! And Trevor and I are awesome and our college's commencement was at the same time!

My Life is a Joke
Why is my life a joke? Let me list the reasons...So #1 we moved into our new apartment and it smells like a casino mixed with dog pee. Am I a freak about smells? Yes. So here I am renting carpet cleaners, febreezing like crazy, and complaining to management everyday--yes, everyday, they now know my name and hate me but whatever. #2 we have no Internet or cable in this pee/smoke infested house--yet. So I have had ample time to clean and organize. Is it done yet? No. I am going crazy with no internet and home by myself all day!!! #3 I do not have a job yet. #4 Job hunting is lame.
We have these two older men that are our neighbors and I have become good friends with Tom. I talked to him for an hour yesterday! haha he is so funny, I like him except for the fact that he is one of the reasons our house smells so nasty. I need to stop talking about people but I just can't help it...So I went to get the mail the other day and there were these two people outside I politely say "hello" and suddenly I find myself two new bff's and thirty minutes later trying to end the conversation and leave. So the lady has two guinea pigs and starts telling me about why she thinks one of them--Delilah is going to die and how sad she is. She volunteers at the DI, she's from Idaho, I know this lady's life story. Her neighbor Spencer is completely wasted and its only 12:30 on a Friday, He is crazy I had to tell him I'm married probably 5 times because he kept forgetting, he told me all about his son who's mama was his high school girlfriend bla bla bla, I know his life story too. The problem with these two new friends of mine is that they live right next to the office, mailboxes, pool, and laundry. I can never escape them! I have to see them everyday and have long conversations. I attract weird people and I can't help it.
That is the end of my story. Actually my life is good, I need to not complain---well maybe only to the management of our complex. haha

OUR FIRST ANNIVERSARY!
YEAH! We just had our first anniversary Saturday! We seriously cannot believe it has been a year, it has gone by SO fast! I LOVE Adam! He is the best husband ever! Sadly we are right in the middle of finals, Adam had to go to a study group (lame) in the middle of the day. That afternoon Adam brought me home flowers and chocolate cover strawberries! We went out to dinner at the Melting Pot in Salt Lake. It was so so good I don't even care if I gained five pounds there, give me another five for that cheesy and chocolatey goodness! YUM. We loved it! I love Adam so much, it was such a great day to spend with him. I love you Adam! Happy Anniversary (yesterday)!
A Few From Our First Place...
I am so sad to move!!! I love our apartment, friends, ward, everything...AH! Lets stay Adam! We are moving Friday (yes, right after graduation) and Saturday. I need to start packing....
Too bad our computer room is chucked full of boxes and who knows what else not blog worthy. I have nothing else to say about this post...

Lets Talk About Adam
- Last night he fell asleep during a movie we were watching, he sat up suddenly "Shhhh Shh What is going on?" grabs his belt off the floor and starts trying to use it as a remote--looking so pathetic and confused, so I turn down the TV and he says "Oh can I have that?" No. "OK" and falls asleep.
- I try to wake him up to go to bed after the movie was over and he got all upset with me saying "don't touch me you just want to tease me, leave me alone" bla bla bla I just make it worse because I laugh, he storms off to bed. Can he recall this happening this morning? NO! haha I married a crazy person.
- In bed he was being all cute and cuddly as if he didn't even remember getting mad at me 2 minutes ago. Then starts talking crazy talk. "You stay there I will be there to deal with your problems in a minute." He turns over and started making a business deal talking numbers, finance, and economics. Can he remember this in the morning? No.
Now about Adam when he is not asleep or sleep talking: Adam loves to make scenes in public and embarrass me! And it works...
- He picked me up after class one day and there were a ton of my classmates and other people walking out of my building, I'm 10 feet from the car he rolls down the window and starts YELLING at me to get in the car acting all angry. Everyone is staring at me! Of course he was kidding, only I knew that...And of course these are all psych majors and social work majors...Adam! My face is red writing this.
- Whenever we are walking into a store and there are people around he will turn to me and say "Listen, try not to embarrass me in here OK!" People think he is such a jerk and I just laugh, what would you think if you heard that!
- In the grocery store line I put a pack of gum on the counter and he says loud "What do you think we're made of money" Embarrassing...the checker usually feels pretty awkward.
- The only time I didn't have my wallet with me and he knew it--we were in a frozen yogurt place and we were being rung up, Adam at the last second says "Oh these are separate" I say "No they are not, they are together" Adam looks at me and says "Na separate" Me "No together" The cashier, this little 16 year old says "Um...so...um...which...." haha this one i was way embarrassed about! People were behind us in line.
Adam sounds so mean when I read these! He's really not! And he doesn't do this all the time...well...yeah a lot of times but not all the time. He just likes to do dumb things to make me laugh or get a reaction out of me or other people! I love him!
Short Story...
So I'll make this short. Today at church our Sunbeam Sammy sat by us during sacrament since his dad is in the bishopric and his mom was home with his sick brothers. He likes looking through my purse, he put on some hand sanitizer, really enjoyed the car remote clicker thing, so he's just going through there and finds a tampon. I try to distract him...in no time he has it riped open and says "hey its a pencil" I start laughing try to take it and he starts swinging it around by the string! Oh my gosh, I was trying not to laugh and my eyes were watering...maybe you had to be there to find this funny...It was! He is so CUTE! We just love him. We are going to miss him so much when we leave!

The Down-Size!

So here I am downsizing now that I am married. Adam and I are moving! I am happy and sad at the same time. We are moving to West Jordan to be close to REAL Salt Lake for his internship. Here is the problem. Adam and I are moving from a two bedroom two bathroom apartment into a one bedroom one bathroom tiny tiny place! It is super cute and nice, and it doesn't hurt that the complex has a big pool, BUT it is so small. We are going to have to put half of our stuff into storage aka my moms extra bedroom. And now I don't think its socially acceptable to have a house that looked like our old bedrooms! Wish me luck!
